How do we keep our rates so low? Our optimum rate is for customers
paying within 5 days. Our 40% premium rate allows clients the
flexibility to pay monthly. Clients opting to use a Credit Card will
be invoiced via Google Checkout as detailed on our
Policy Page and are sure to get the optimum rate.

Hourly:
$210
per Callout for an onsite visit, this price includes up to 2 hours
at your site with no charge for drive time in the 30
Mile Zone! Then after those first 2 hours,
our rate is
$60/hr. for rest of that visit. Onsite Hourly rates are payable
within
5 days of invoicing. Using the Net 30 (after 5
days and before 30)
payment schedule will add a 40% premium to the rate and payment must never
exceed 30 days from the date of invoice. Off Hours
callouts are billed as indicated in the section below. As a plus, the
$210 Callout that starts during regular hours and extends into
Off Hours will not result in an increase for
either of the 2 hours that may lapse into the Off Hours. Of course, any
successive hours added to the
initial Onsite Callout visit will be billed at the
premium rate for Off Hours.
Remote Hourly: $35 for the first 30 min.,
billed in 30 minute increments. Remote Hourly is the latest support
trend with just a telephone call or an email, we will either walk you
through the issue over the phone or use our computer to actually connect
to your site and work the problem remotely without having to travel physically
to your location if it is possible. Think of it as telecommuting for your IT support!
Remote Hourly rates are payable in 5 days of service being rendered.
Using the Net 30 payment schedule will add a 40%
premium to the rate and payment must not exceed 30 days from the date
invoice has been issued. Off hours
services are billed as indicated in the section below. As a plus, an
incident that starts during regular hours and extends into
Off Hours will not result in an increase for any
30 minute increment lapsing into the Off Hours. Of course, any
successive 30 minute increments
incurred during Off Hours and after the initial Remote
incident has begun will be billed at the premium rate for Off
Hours.
Remote Plan: $290 for 10 incidents
or 5 hours,
whichever comes first. We will work up to 10 incidents for a maximum
5 hours, and you can purchase more blocks at any time! This Plan
allows you to keep track of remaining
incidents and hours online. Remote Hourly is the latest support trend with
just a telephone call or an email. We will either walk you through the
issue over the phone or use our computer to actually connect to your
computer and work the problem without having to travel physically to your
location. Think of it as telecommuting for your IT support!
Onsite support can be purchased separately or
the Remote Plan can be upgraded to either the
Onsite Plan or Bundle Plan. On the
Remote Plan, work performed
Off Hours will be at a savings of
10% of the published
Off Hours rate and rounded up to the half hour.
One example of an
Off Hours incident on this plan: In
this case, it is during a non-holiday weekday, Micronet remotes in to the
client at 4pm and disconnects at 7pm. This would deduct 1 incident
from the plan as well as 3 hours from the plan, since 2 of the hours
occurs after 5pm you are billed at a 10% reduction of the
Off Hours rate which with your plan would be
invoiced at $42 i.e. 2
hours @ 70 is $140 + 30% which is the 10% reduction offered in your plan =
$182, minus the two hours that are deducted from your plan, subtract $140,
leaves an
invoiced total of $42.

flexibility for small and medium sized businesses. This Plan allows
you to keep track of remaining incidents
and hours online. If you require more time during the month this package
is scalable as it can be doubled. If you run out of onsite hours
before remote hours or vise versa the standard rate will go into effect for
the relevant service if you choose not to renew the bundle immediately.
In addition, the Bundle Plan can be renewed anytime and unused visits,
remote incidents, and/or hours will be rolled onto the renewed plan up to
a maximum of 1 onsite visit or 3 remote incidents, and up to 3 hours

Off Hours Defined:Regular hours are
defined as Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm not including holidays and
holiday weekends.
All other hours and days are considered Off Hours and only billed at an
additional 40%.
Thanksgiving weekend, Christmas/Christmas Eve, New Years Day (and the
weekend when it lands on Friday), 4th of July (only the observed weekend),
Memorial Day weekend, and Labor Day weekend visits and incidents are
billed at 150% over the standard rates. Please note, in some circumstances the
Off Hours premium or Holiday premiums could be combined
with the Net 30premium resulting in a
substantial increase over the standard rates. For
clients in the 60 and 90 Mile zones the rates for
a call out visit are correspondingly increased according to the verbiage
detailing those rates.
Net 30:
Net 30 allows customers that cannot pay after 5 days of receiving an
invoice to still participate with Micronet and get exceptional rates.
While there is a 40% premium on clients paying between 5 and 30 days from
receiving an invoice via email, the rate is still far below what we
consider to be the industry standard for consulting and support.
Please be aware, in some circumstances the Net 30 rate could be combined
with the Off Hours premium resulting in a
substantial
premium over standard rates.
Late Payment:The Micronet
business model is a "pay as you go" or "payment up front" for
blocks of service via our 3 plans. As a result we have created a
rate plan that will be attractive to those that need 30 days at most to pay.
Therefore, payments made after 5 days of receiving an invoice are
considered Net 30 and will incur a standard 40%
premium. Payments not received after 30 days of receiving an invoice
will be considered in arrears and eligible to be turned over to a
collection agency or small claims court. We will strive to work with
you as much as possible to extend ourselves with the permission of our
financial backers.
